  1. Parties & Scope
    This Terms of Service is between Mudflap Inc.(“Mudflap”) and you, the broker (“Broker”), governing your use of the Mudflap Load Board (“Platform”).

  2. Free Access to the Platform
    The Mudflap Load Board is currently provided free of charge to brokers. Mudflap reserves the right to introduce subscription fees, usage fees, or other charges in the future. Brokers will receive reasonable advance notice of any such changes.

  3. User Restrictions
    You confirm that all load details provided are accurate and appropriate for syndication to Mudflap. You accept responsibility for any issues arising from inaccurate or non-compliant postings.
